SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-gas industry and particularly to preparation of a borehole process fluid which can be used for well drilling, killing or flush-out. The borehole process fluid with controlled absorption in thermobaric formation conditions contains the following per 1 m3, kg: xanthan 7.5-15, polyanionic cellulose 2.5-5, solid sodium chloride up to 483, saturated sodium chloride solution - the balance.

EFFECT: resistance to thermal decomposition, providing efficient control of absorption during work over of production wells, providing high coefficient of recovery of oil relative permeability and preserving reservoir properties of the bottom-hole zone.
