FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: power plant comprises a high-discharge chamber separated into a steam gas cavity with partitions forming a row of chambers and a liquid cavity with a regenerator, an economiser, an effluent gas heat recovery unit, a turbine and a power generator. The high-discharge chamber is made as combined with a gas turbine unit /GTU/, as capable of its discharge into its steam-gas cavity of GTU exhaust gases. At the same time the bottom of the chamber is arranged as installed on shock absorbers and with a stand with a compensator connected to the cover of the chamber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of a plant in operation and efficiency of burnt fuel heat usage.
