SUBSTANCE: device comprises crosswise installed flaps, blades, stops, an upper head, a vertical shaft, a free-wheel clutch, a carrier of a double-row accelerator (multiplier), a lower head, a tubular shaft, gears of a conical reducer, a tubular shaft, an upper free-wheel clutch, an epicycle, a solar gear, a carrier of an accelerator of the second row, a solar gear of the second row, a safety coupling and a free-wheel clutch, a bracket, a connecting coupling. In the proposed carousel wind-powered engine speed of its rotation sufficient for normal operation of a power generator in different modes is provided, depending on wind load. In case of hurricane wind safety devices are available.
EFFECT: due to proposed design of a carousel wind-powered engine its reliability and efficiency of operation in different modes of a wind load are increased.
