FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an active motor with permanent magnets fixed on it, a stator with a three-phase winding similar to a stator of a DC machine, comprising a selsyn as a rotor position sensor, the selsyn rotor is connected by the angle of rotation with the electric motor rotor shaft, the three-phase winding of selsyn synchronisation with the output of its every phase is connected to inputs of three appropriate phase phase-sensitive rectifiers, outputs of which are connected to non-inverting inputs of three appropriate phase power amplifiers, outputs of these amplifiers via three appropriate phase current sensors are connected to three appropriate phases of the stator winding, signal outputs of phase current sensors are connected to inverting inputs of appropriate phase power amplifiers, and two functional converters, at the same time the power circuit of power supply of the electric motor comprises a sensor of common current, a modulator, a summator, differential power amplifiers and scaling elements, and the three-phase winding of synchronisation of the selsyn with output of its every phase is connected to inputs of three appropriate phase phase-sensitive rectifiers.
