FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to means, intended for measurement of physical properties of blood. Method lies in the following: in mode of energy colour Doppler encoding probing of blood flow, flowing in vessel, is performed by pulses of ultrasonic fluctuations, diameter of d vessel, flow rate, thickness of border blood flow layer, area of Sδ section of border blood flow layer, area of Sa section of axial blood flow, frequency f of heart contractions are determined and parameters, characterising rheological blood properties: kinematic viscosity v of blood by formula ν=ωδ2, where ω=2πf is angular frequency, number α Womersley by formula α=1/2d√ω/ν,parameter α2, representing time, during which action of viscous forces spreads on entire vessel width to period of fluctuations by formula α2=d2/4ν/T, where T=1/ω is period of fluctuations, coefficient ∈ of flow structure by formula ∈=Sδ/Sa, where Sδ is area of border layer section, Sa is area of axial flow section, are calculated.
EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to determine local parameters of blood viscosity in any vascular region.
