RIPPING EQUIPMENT OF BULLDOZER Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC E02F5/32

Abstract RU 2483167 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: ripping equipment of a bulldozer relates to suspension equipment of machines, for instance, tractors, and is designed for ripping of solid rocks and road surfaces, and may also be used for working of frozen soils. The ripping equipment of the bulldozer comprises a support frame rigidly fixed to the rear part of the tractor, on which there are elements of a parallelogram mechanism hingedly fixed, comprising upper and lower traction rods, hingedly connected with a working beam, in which there is a hole for tooth installation, at the same time ripping equipment is equipped with a hydraulic device of tooth control, which is connected by supply sleeves of high pressure with a hydraulic system of suspension equipment of the tractor and is hingedly attached to the support frame and the working beam. The equipment is equipped with the second upper traction rod, the lower traction rod is made in the form of a supporting board, combined with links adjoining its sides into a unified whole, and the hydraulic device of tooth control represents a hydraulic cylinder arranged with the stem down, which is connected with the lower part of the working beam. The supporting board of the lower traction rod has a trapezoidal cut aimed towards the working beam. The hydraulic cylinder is installed along the axis of device symmetry, and upper traction rods - symmetrically at both sides of it. On the support frame in the centre of its upper part there are two eyes rigidly fixed as distant from each other for installation of the axis of hydraulic cylinder body fixation, and at the edges of the support frame there are brackets rigidly fixed with holes on top and bottom accordingly for axes of upper traction rods and axes of links of the lower traction rod. On the working beam in the centre of its lower part there are two eyes rigidly fixed as distant from each other for installation of the axis of hydraulic cylinder stem fixation, and at the edges of the working beam there are brackets rigidly fixed with holes on top and bottom accordingly for axes of upper traction rods and axes of links of the lower traction rod.

EFFECT: simplified design of ripping equipment, improved efficiency and reliability.
