FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: unit includes a centrifugal single-stage pump of a double-sided inlet, a drive electric motor, a coupling connecting their shafts, and common or separate frames for attachment of the pump of the electric motor to them. A rotor is installed between the housing and the cover plate of the pump. The rotor impeller is put on the shaft by means of a double-sided collet clamping device with conical sleeves and screws, and its end seals - by means of single-sided collet clamping devices with conical sleeves and screws. Clamping devices represent a combination of two coaxial rings with conical working surfaces with possibility of displacement of rings by means of clamping screws along the shaft axis relative to each other with the shaft clamping. The pump rotor is installed in external bracket supports: a spherical two-row roller bearing and a floating toroidal roller bearing. Bearings are installed on the shaft on conical clamping sleeves with an axial slit. Attachments of the housings include pairs of detachable conical pins with threaded ends.
EFFECT: creation of the main oil electric pump unit with improved technical and economic characteristics, and namely with reduced noise and vibrations, improved reliability, service life and efficiency.
