FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for extraction of sediments of disc pressure filtration in sealed container 1. Said container accommodates rotary filters 2 and bin (lb) for collection of solid particles. Said bin is elongated by air gate 10 composed by, at least, two elements 11, 12 for temporary closure. Every said element comprises rotary shaft furnished with, at least, one set of two diametrically opposite radial vanes and peripheral sealing appliances arranged at gate inner wall that faces the vane end edge. In extraction, air gate is communicated with pressure tank to continuously measure sediments level therein by comparison with maximum reference level. Said level reached, top closing element is automatically opened. Then, air gate filling level is measured to close top closing element after its filling. Then, air gate is isolated from the tank to allow communication with atmosphere and to open bottom closing element for extraction of sediments.
EFFECT: simplified servicing.
