FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of optically transparent thin-film coatings from liquid phase on the surface of transparent materials, for example articles made from organic glass, which are used in glazing aviation equipment. The method of producing a multifunctional coating on organic glass involves successive deposition of film-forming polymer solutions with nanosized inorganic filler materials and subsequent heat treatment. The polymer solutions used are tetrahydrofuran solutions of a polymer binder based on methyl methacrylate and nanosized inorganic filler. First, a layer of a solution of polymer binder with filler in form of a solution of indium and tin oxides is deposited, followed by a layer of a solution of polymer binder with filler in form of a solution of colloidal gold or colloidal copper, and then another layer of polymer binder with filler in form of a solution of indium and tin oxides. Concentration of the filler in form of a solution of indium and tin oxides, taken in weight ratio of 9:1, is equal to 1.0-2.0% of the mass of the entire coating solution, concentration of the filler in form of a solution of colloidal gold is equal to 0.1-0.2% of the mass of the entire coating solution, and concentration of the filler in form of a solution of colloidal copper is equal to 0.2-0.5% of the mass of the entire coating solution.
EFFECT: attenuation of ultraviolet and infrared radiation, solar radiation heat and reduced radar transparency.
