FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: compressor plant for operation in varying modes, which contains compressors of the first and the second stages connected to a two-shaft drive from individual drive asynchronous electric motors of stepless control of revolutions, which allows increasing productivity and delivery pressure, due to the fact that compressor of the first stage receives rotation from asynchronous electric motor with a phase rotor, and compressor of the second stage receives rotation from asynchronous squirrel-caged electric motor, the stator windings of which are connected to phase windings of the motor of the compressor of the first stage through a matching transformer. At that, transformation coefficient of the above transformer is equal to reduction factor of stator winding to rotor winding.
EFFECT: simplifying the drive owing to excluding a differential mechanism from a reduction gear at maintaining alignment properties of moments at stages.
