FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: fastening connection includes a rod equipped with a countersunk head installed into a hole of attached parts, a washer, a nut or a crimping ring. Countersunk head has angle of tapering α within 20° to 45°, and depth H0 of a seat for the countersunk head and its angle of tapering α0 are equal to
where H - height of countersunk head; α - angle of tapering of countersunk head; Δh=D-D0 - nominal preload as to countersunk head; Δ=d-d0 - nominal preload as to the rod; D and D0 are diameters of countersunk head and seats for countersunk head respectively; d and d0 are diameters of the rod and holes for the rod respectively. Diameter of countersunk head is larger than diameter of the seat by 0.8%÷2.5%, and angle of tapering of countersunk head is more than angle of tapering of the seat for countersunk head by 2°÷3°.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the connection.
