SUBSTANCE: device comprises a air supply line, an air duct and a channel formed by the window glass of heat insulating material, and the air supply line is equipped with a ventilator with the rotation speed control and the electro-optical control system, comprising the control of temperature and humidity, the air duct outlet is designed in the form of a converging nozzle, and the ventilator from the side of the inlet pipe is equipped with an air filter comprising a housing and a condensate drain, inside which there is a perforated metal cylinder with a filter element connected to the fitting of the output of the cleaning air in the form of a converging nozzle, and the plenum is equipped with the thermoelectric generator made in the form of a housing with a pass for ventilated air and a set of differential thermocouples which "hot" ends are fastened inside the pass for ventilated air, and the "cold" ends are located on the outer surface of the housing of the thermoelectric generator, the inlet of the pass for ventilated air is connected by the air duct of the plenum at the inlet of the ventilator and its outlet is connected to the input of the channel formed by window glass of heat insulating material.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption for ventilation by elimination of extra electricity consumption to ensure the operation of the system of electron-optical control of air production of the normalised parameters.
