FIELD: instrument making industry.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring and control panel comprises a housing 1, a block of electrical elements 2, a block of connectors 3. The housing 1 at the upper part is equipped with a detachable panel 4 for placement of control elements 5, light signalling hardware 6 and safety devices 7. At the lower part the housing 1 is equipped with a welded bracket 8 for placement of the control panel on the panel 9 of the cabin of the specialised vehicle. The bracket 8 is made in the form of a plate bent with the ability to form two shelves 10 and 11. On the shelf 10 the location holes 12 are made, and in the middle of the shelf 11 the tube 13 is placed on which ends perpendicular to its axis two plates 14 are placed with location holes 15. On the back surface of the shelf 11 a corner 16 with an opening 17 is located. The light signalling hardware 6 is placed in the holders 18 made of a dielectric press material with lobes 19 reinforced into the reinforced press material.

EFFECT: increased reliability and simplification of the operation.
