SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handling equipment intended, mainly for, loading and transportation of hay bottles. Cabin 3, winch 4 and tipping body 6 are mounted on frame 2 of wheeled chassis 1. Pulley 11 with reeved cable 5 is mounted at body front wall 8. Second-order lever 15 with hydraulic drive 16 is mounted at medium section of vehicle body 7 to turn in vertical lengthwise section. Hydraulic cylinder 17 is secured at lever 15. Jacket 18 is fitted on cylinder case while rod 19 interacts with inner surface of jacket 18. End of rod 19 has thread for flywheel nut 20. Two mutually perpendicular plates 21 with teeth 22 are fitted on the end of rod 19. Ends of plates 21 are furnished with hooks 23 to secure cable 5 of winch 4. Brackets 24 to secure braces 25 are mounted at sides 9, 10 of body 6.
