FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: gas turbine engine incorporates two inlet and outlet opposite-rotation blowers mounted at low-pressure compressor inlet and drive by two opposite-rotation coaxial shafts. Each said coaxial shaft engages blower wheel with, at least, one impeller fitted at low-pressure turbine wheel outlet. Outlet blower wheel outlet section is engaged with its drive shaft.
EFFECT: greater space under blower wheel for outlet blower wheel equalising straps, decreased weight and length of drive bearing support.
