SUBSTANCE: proposed shot comprises combustible hydrogen, fuse with delay, shell filled with hydride or mix of hydrides with positive enthalpy of formation, or mix of hydrides with positive and negative enthalpy of formation at the ratio to allow release of heat at hydrides decomposition in amount sufficient for sustaining avalanche-like decomposition of said hydrides but insufficient for hydrogen self-ignition. Fuse or explosive charge is arranged at geometrical center of shot shell.
EFFECT: higher brisance.
