SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first band-reject filter and low pass filter, the second band-reject filter and low pass filter, the third band-reject filter and low pass filter, the first, second and third amplifiers, the first, second and third analogue-to-digital converters (ADC), the first, second and third signal receivers, a personal computer (a PC or a microprocessor), and also the first and second calibrators, comprises also a clock oscillator, a delay line, a summator, a frequency synthesiser, the first "AND" circuit, the first register, the second "AND" circuit, the second register, the first mixer, the first narrow-band filter, the second mixer, the second narrow-band filter, the third mixer, the third narrow-band filter, an antenna unit of a universal time system ("GPS", "Glonass"), a synchroniser, the fourth signal receiver, the fourth band-reject filter, the fourth low-pass filter, the fourth mixer, the fourth narrow-band filter, the fourth amplifier, the first phase changer, the first detector, the fourth ADC, the first limiter, the first switchboard, the first synchronous detector, the second limiter, the second switchboard, the second synchronous detector, the second phase changer, the second detector, and also a unit of communication with subscribers, the third and fourth calibrators, the third "AND" circuit, the third and fourth switchboards, a goniometre, a counter and four channels (channel number, N=1, 2, 3, 4), every of which includes a (2N-1) key, a (2N) key, and also a (2N-1) controlled filter, a (2N) controlled filter, a (N+4) amplifier and a (N+4) ADC, which are in a certain manner connected to each other.

EFFECT: reduced noise in registration of short-term useful signals by preliminary search, rejection of frequencies of noise sources and space selection.
