FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method is effected by introduction into the known Schmitt trigger circuit of a stabilitron, the fourth, fifth and third p-channel-MOS transistor, which source is connected to the output of Schmitt trigger, gate is connected to the first transistor of Schmitt trigger and the source, which is an output of electronic hysteresis device simultaneously, is connected to the first output of the fourth resistor and its second output is connected to the common bus of the electronic hysteresis device and Schmitt trigger; supply bus of Schmitt trigger circuit serving simultaneously as an input of the electronic hysteresis device is connected to the first output of stabilitron and the second output of stabilitron is connected to the input of Schmitt trigger circuit and the first output of the fifth resistor connected to the common bus. The suggested device has hysteresis transfer function; it does not require additional power supply source and values of actuation voltage and dropout voltage of hysteresis loop are determined simultaneously by parameters if the used circuit elements.
EFFECT: creation of the device analogical to Schmitt trigger circuit, which does not need external power supply source during operation and parameters of hysteresis loop transfer are determined only by parameters of the used circuit elements.
