FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of collapsible metal cabinets intended for storage of garments within production, training, sport and other premises. The cabinet is designed in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped made of light-gauge sheet metal and contains the left (1) and the right (2) side walls, at least two rear walls (3), at least two doors (4), at least two ceiling boards (5) and at least two bottoms (6) and a middle wall (12); the side walls (1), (2), the rear wall (3), the door (4), the ceiling board (5) and the bottom (6) have stiffening ribs with edges flanged at a right angle, introduced into the design are at least two pairs of rectangular brackets (8), each bracket consisting of a cross piece and two horns with cross sections in the shape of a channel beam; the brackets horns, via one end of the channel beam shelves, are rigidly attached to the ends of the bracket cross piece channel beam shelves; additionally, horns on identical channel beam shelves have resilient edge flanging positioned at a right angle into the horn inside with a groove made on each edge flanging; on the side walls (at least on two lines) and at the top and the bottom edges there are at least two pairs of tabs (9) with through holes on each line, the tabs tips turned upwards and deflected into the cabinet inside at an angle of 2-50°; the grooves made on the horn channel beam flanging have a depth that is equal to 1-1.5 times the width of the projections, the grooves width at least equal to the other dimension of the projections; the projections made on the ceiling board flanging are located inside the holes of the tabs arranged on the top edges of the side walls; the projections made on the bottom flanging are positioned inside the holes in the tabs on the bottom edges of the side walls (1 and 2) and the middle wall (12).
EFFECT: improvement of the technology for manufacture of the cabinet component parts and such cabinet assembly method combined with their labour intensity reduction.
