SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises bin 5 accommodating compacting board 14 with front and rear surface to be reciprocated by drive hydraulic cylinders. Bin 5 has front and rear parts 6, 7 abutting the body, lateral walls and bottom 10 jointed thereto. One side of hydraulic cylinders has ears articulated with rear side 16 of compacting board 4. Bumper board 19 is secured to compacting board to, parallel with the plate of its reciprocation. Besides, proposed device comprises fluid collector vessel 22. Note here that said vessel 22 is tightly attached to bin under its bottom 10 at bit rear 7 and lateral sides and with clearance to bin front bottom 6. Bottom 10 of bin rear 7 has holes to communicate with said vessel 22.
