SUBSTANCE: gas turbine fan rotor disc comprises blades with roots retained in disc recesses, seats made between said roots, and protective straps. Said seats are arranged at stiffness ribs confined by recesses to receive blade roots. Said straps are arranged between side surfaces of disc recesses and blade roots and feature C-like cross-section to retain them radially on disc stiffness ribs. Aforesaid seats have lugs arranged at disc stiffness ribs and retained radially in strap cutouts or holes. Another invention of the set relates to gas turbine engine that comprises above said rotor disc. One invention relates to blower blade root protective strap that features C-like cross-section and helical profile. It comprises cutouts or holes made in its wall connecting the edges of letter C. Wall cutouts allow feeding said roots into strap and retaining them therein.

EFFECT: decreased gap between blower blade and seat between blades.
