FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in the first version of realisation a counter comprises a current sensor (CS), an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a square-ware generator, the first-fifth multiplying units (MU), the first and second accumulating summators (AS), a functional converter (FC), the first register, a digital indicator (DI), a square wave generator (SWG), a microcontroller (MC), the first and second transceivers, a permanent memory (PM), a computer, the first and second digital summators (DS), the first and second subtracting units (SU), the first-fifth code-setting units (CSU), ambient temperature sensors (ATS) and sensors of temperature of most heated point of the transformer winding (TWPS), a multi-channel switchboard; in the second version of realisation the counter comprises CS, MC, a register, DI, ATS and TWPS sensors, SWG, the first and second transceivers, PM, a computer.

EFFECT: increased accuracy due to account of dependence of active resistance of transformer windings on heating temperature and also account of ambient temperature changes impact, higher accuracy of a device.
