FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmaceutical industry. An agent for treating the diseases with delayed hypersensitivity responses in the pathogenic process represents a soapy amphiphilic complex easily penetrative through the biological membranes and containing high-polymer RNA Saccharomyces cerevisiae and oleic acid in the following proportions: high-polymer RNA - 80-90%, oleic acid - 10-20%. An expected trade name is Vitalang-2. The agent provides a differently directed effect on the humoral and cell-mediated response: it stimulates antibody-formation (Th2 response) and inhibits Th1 response. It is promising for treating the diseases with the DHS responses in the pathogenic process (tuberculosis, leprosy, schistosomiasis, sarcoidosis and Crohn's disease). The therapeutic dose is 50 mg/kg of human or animal body weight.
EFFECT: invention provides creating the effective preparation for treating the diseases with delayed hypersensitivity (DHS) responses in the pathogenic process with using accessible and cheap ingredients.
