FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to hand-held mechanised tool, in particular, to nut drivers. Proposed impact mechanism comprises case accommodating spindle-anvil with working cams, separator with radial grooves and hammer. Said hammer is rigidly secured at drive shaft. Strikers, for example balls, are fitted in separator grooves to interact periodically with hammer working cams. Hammer is composed of flat sine-ball reduction gear mechanism. Hammer surface has closed intermittent sine-like race way. Strikers displace along separator radial grooves to interact with said race way.
EFFECT: decreased axial sizes.
