SUBSTANCE: rotating preventing extension assembly is proposed comprising a rotor (22) and a frame (43) for supporting the rotor (22) with the ability to rotate. The rotor (22) comprises a plurality of discs (25) arranged coaxially in line and spaced in axial direction from each other, and a plurality of finned ribs (26) deviating in the axial direction from at least one radial surface (25a) of the discs (25) in the direction opposite the radial surface (25a) of the other adjacent spaced apart disc (25). The rotor (22) rotates simultaneously with the movement of banknote (70) transported on each periphery of the discs (25) in contact with the banknote (70) for displacement radially inside the flexible takeout tool (71) connected with the banknote (70) and for tangling the tool (71) around the rib or the ribs (26) for preventing improper taking out of the banknote (70).
EFFECT: prevention of fraudulent taking out of valuable document by pulling lace attached to the document.
