FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: nacelle is composed of first and second flaps 11, 12 and equipped with flaps locking system to change from locking to unlocking position by means of activator 14. Said activator 14 comprises fixed case 29, 36 with activation rod 16 to displace linearly and turn about its lengthwise axis A. Rod 16 has first end with handle 17 and second end 18 connected with locking system 15. Fixed case 29, 36 comprises guide 30, 37 interacting with follower 24 extending from the rod. Said guide has mid part 31 extending parallel with rod axis. First and second ends 32, 33 extending perpendicular to rod lengthwise axis are made on every side of said mid part. Activator comprises rod immobilisers 20 to change between closed position whereat rod is immobilised and open position for rod to turn.
