FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to individual absorbent products, and more specifically to disposable absorbent products. The individual absorbent product surrounding a user's waist comprises a front waist, a back waist and a wedge shaped piece mutually coupling the front and back waist. A fastening system is used to attach the back waist to the front waist to configure the absorbent product having a waist hole and a couple of leg holes. The waist hole has a size to configure the product. A waist adjustment system comprises a puller having an attachment area to attach the puller to one of the front and back waist, and a puller area extending laterally outwards from the attachment area. The puller area has a fastener area detachably connected to the number of places on one of the front and back waist for selective sizing of the waist hole to configure the product.
EFFECT: ensured waist hole adjustment of the absorbent product within the wider range.
