FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and may be used at thermal power stations. Proposed method comprises feeding initial water and water used as a heating agent to be heated to definite processing temperature before feeding in vacuum aerator. Deaerated warm-up water is fed in return pipeline of heating system upstream of system heaters of cogeneration turbine. Portion of deaerated warm-up water heated in heat pump condenser upstream of vacuum deaerator is used as said heating agent. Heat is extracted by heat pump evaporator from heating system return pipeline upstream cogeneration turbine.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
