SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method of obtaining fertilising-meliorating mixture based on defecation slime of sugar production includes processing defecation slime of sugar production and organics by humificating organisms, defecation slime being mixed with peat in ratio: 1:3 by volume, bringing pH to value 6.5-7.5, after which mixture is processed with solution of lactic acid bacteria in volume ratio 1:1000 (1 litre per 1 t), humidity of substrate is brought to 60-65%, after which substrate is composted for 2 weeks without light access at optimal temperature, then elements of plant feeding NPK are added in calculated amounts and mixed thoroughly.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase fertility of low-productive and degraded soils.
