FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Proposed converter plate comprises two engine nacelles mounted on high wing each being equipped with tandem screw system consisting of front and rear rotors, fuselage, tail unit, power plant engines to transmit power via transmission to tractor front propellers and rear pusher propellers to create horizontal thrust and, in turning, vertical thrust. In compliance with one version, converter plate is a twin-fuselage aircraft with the interfuselage wing part equipped with central engine nacelle arranged in lengthwise mirror axis with front and rear rotors. Directional control capability moments are created by differential variation of angles of pitch for front and rear interfuselage front and rear rotors. Lateral control capability moments are created by increasing blade pitch angles of both rotors on one side of mirror axis and decreasing those on opposite side thereof. Directional control is effected by appropriate variation of blade pitch angles in every set of propellers located in diagonal. In compliance with another version, converter plate comprises cargo center-wing section with two tail beams, engine nacelle being arranged atop fuselage there between.
EFFECT: higher load bearing, increased range ability, higher efficiency.
