FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method of determining the diffusion coefficient of solvents in massive products from capillary-porous materials consists in creation in the test sample of evenly initial content of matter distributed in the solid phase, bringing of the flat surface of the sample into contact with a medium with the content of the matter distributed in the solid phase which is different from the sample, measuring the change in time of signal of galvanic converter, determining the time to reach the maximum on the change curve of EMF of galvanic converter and calculating the coefficient of diffusion, at that in accordance with the invention a pulse point contact of the plane surface of the test product with a source of solvent dose is carried out, after which this surface is waterproofed, the electrodes of the galvanic converter are placed on this surface along the concentric circle in relation to the point of exposure with the solvent dose, the change in time of the EMF of the galvanic converter is measured, and the desired coefficient is calculated by a formula linking the time to reach the maximum on the change curve of EMF of galvanic converter and the distance between the electrodes and the point of exposure with the solvent dose on the controlled product.

EFFECT: increase in speed of measurement and the ability of non-destructive control of the diffusion coefficient of solvents in massive products of capillary-porous materials.
