FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrating jaw grinders to be used in mining, dressing and construction. Proposed grinder comprises housing accommodating two moving jaws with sliders coupled with said housing by parallel springs, motors with elastic elements and unbalanced weights each being made of pendulum rigidly secured at the shaft with lug coupling. Pendulums are equipped with elastic elements composed of two torsion springs each being connected by its one end with pendulum and by opposite end coupled with slider rigidly connected with jaw. Elastic elements of the motors are fitted on countershafts and composed of torsion springs each being connected by one end with fastening ring secured at countershaft and by opposite end coupled with grinder housing. Note here that said countershaft is connected by one end with lug coupling and by opposite end with motor via coupling. Note here that motor features fixed angle of rotor vibration.
EFFECT: longer life.
