FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical industry and may be used in preparing medical agents stimulating wound and burn healing of various aetiologies and consisting of an absorbent material impregnated with medical agents. The absorbent material is a nonwoven perforated material, and is used as a medical agent presented by a gel mixture of boric acid, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, lidocaine hydrochloride and purified water in the following proportions, wt %: boric acid 0.001-20.0; hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose 0.001-10.0; lidocaine hydrochloride 0.001-10.0; purified water - the rest. The agent additionally contains betamethasone in the amount of 0.0001-1.0 or recombinant interferon specified in a group: alpha, beta, gamma recombinant interferon in the amount of 100-1000000 IU, or heparin in the amount of 10-100000 IU. The agent in the form of medical tissues, dressings, application plates.
EFFECT: what is described is the wound-healing medical agent for wounds and burns with the therapeutic effect which contains the absorbent material impregnated with the medical agent.
