FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry. Proposed method comprises primary separation of base mix, gas cooling and low-temperature separation for feeding gas condensate into deethaniser. Thereafter deethanised gas condensate is cooled at first stage by unstable gas condensate of primary separation and at second stage it is cooled to negative temperature by low-temperature separation unstable gas condensate. Besides, low-temperature separation unstable gas condensate at -10 to +10°C is used for irrigation in deethaniser. Proposed plant comprises base mix feed line 24, primary separator 2 with gas condensate outlet communicated via gas condensate pipelines with the first three-phase separator 3, airing device 4 and first hat exchanger 11, while outlet of the first three-phase gas separator 3 is communicated with inlet of low-temperature separator 6. Outlet of the first heat exchanger 11 is communicated via gas condensate pipelines with the first buffer tank 12, second heat exchanger 13 and deethaniser feed zone 14. Outlet of low-temperature separator 6 is communicated via gas condensate pipes with second three-phase separator 7, third and fourth heat exchangers 15, 16, second buffer tank 17 deethaniser irrigation zone 14. Outlet of said deethaniser 14 is communicated via pipes with cooling spaces of second, first and fourth heat exchangers 13, 11 and 16.

EFFECT: cooling of deethanised gas condensate to negative temperature, reduced carryover of C3 fraction with deethanisation gases.
