SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and particularly to making concrete wall blocks. The concrete mixture, which contains portland cement, ash-slag filler, polyethylene foam crumbs with particle size of up to 10 mm and water, is characterised by that it further contains quartz sand with fineness modulus of less than 1 and sodium ethylsiliconate, with the following ratio of components, wt %: portland cement 25.0-27.0; ash-slag filler 28.3-30.3; said polyethylene foam crumbs 0.15-0.2; water 25.0-27.0; said quartz sand 17.0-19.0; sodium ethylsiliconate 0.35-0.5, wherein the ash-slag filler is characterised by the following grain-size composition, wt %: particles larger than 0.63 mm - 0.2; larger than 0.315 mm but smaller than 0.63 mm - 4.8; larger than 0.14 mm but smaller than 0.315 mm - 62; smaller than 0.14 mm -33.

EFFECT: high water resistance.
