FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: prior to launching, missile initial roll φ0 is measured or preset to memorise the signal corresponding thereto to start integration of missile spin rate signal. Integrator is set to zero on reaching integrated magnitude of signal corresponding to missile roll equal to 360°. Thereafter, integration is reiterated to use additional Earth magnetic field transducer, its signal being converted in rectangular oscillations of angular interval of 360 degrees, and to generate, at preset time moment, the signal enabling passage of rectangular oscillation fall and rise fronts. With first said rise of fall front passage, integrated signal magnitude A1 corresponding to missile roll angle φ1 is measured. In case relationship φmax>φ>φmin is satisfied, magnitude A1 corresponding to φ1 is memorised where φmax and φmin are maximum and minimum design roll angles, respectively.
