SUBSTANCE: interactive learning complex comprises a teacher's computer with an operating system and software having facilities of connection to an interactive board, and also a multimedia projector of training materials connected to the teacher's computer and designed to project multimedia data to the interactive board. Besides, the interactive learning complex is equipped with a projection screen as the interactive board, and also an infrared cone emitter, equipped in its turn with an infrared light diode, with the help of which the graphical interface cursor is moved in the plane of the projection screen in the form of a size and intensity alternating spot, with a web-camera with a narrowband infrared filter, which reads the radiation spot of the conical radiator, the operating system of the teacher's computer with the help of software executes control operations on interaction of the infrared conical radiator with the web-camera and the projection screen.

EFFECT: invention provides for indication of cursor movement on a screen with a user's graphical interface, and also control of the user's graphical interface on the basis of a 3D positioning of an indicator without usage of additional buttons and elements of the graphical interface.
