FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of increasing selenium in garlic of mountain area includes soaking of cloves in mineral water and clay. For soaking cloves the clay dialbeculite is used which soaked in Zakinsk mineral water in a ratio of 2:1 for 2-3 hours. After that the garlic cloves are enveloped with the resulting mixture and mulched after planting with the layer of 3-5 cm. Annual clover is planted between the rows.
EFFECT: development of the method of increasing selenium in garlic of mountain area.
