FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to feedstuff industry. The method involves usage of hollow wheat grains, millet, sunflower press cake, soya extraction cake, fish meal, chalky flour, fodder yeast, fodder chalk, a premix and a phosphatide and protein concentrate. The milled components are mixed at a preset ratio. The mixture is stirred until a homogenous condition, moistened till 27…30% and maintained for moisture content levelling. Then the mixture is treated in the expander with the product temperature before the circular clearance equal to 392…412 K and pressure in the pre-matrix zone equal to 4…8 MPa. The produced flakes are dressed with phosphatide-and-protein concentrate in a plate granulator, slightly dried in a belt drier till moisture content is 10% and packed.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a fodder increasing fish weight gain and its intensity using inexpensive widely available raw materials and food industry wastes.
