SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to acoustic processing panel with connector. Acoustic processing panel comprises reflecting layer 50, cellular structure 52 and sound resistant structure 54 that makes an aerofoil. The panel is connected with second panel 64 at the edge level and incorporates reinforcement element 60 fitted between reflecting layer 50 and wound resistant structure 54. Reinforcement element 60 takes up forces between said layer 50 and said structure 54.
EFFECT: improved acoustic processing of aerofoil.
