FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: tent-like structure with stiffening ribs (9) in the form of metal rods is installed to the necessary height with the help of air balloons (1) or airships. Nozzles (11) are built into rims of stiffening ribs (9) for supply and spray of aqueous solutions. In the lower part of the pipe there is a grid (12) to reduce dispersion of stones. In the middle part of the pipe there is a foam sprayer (22), which cleans air flow from dust. In the upper part of the pipe there is a system of electrified metal grids (8) for cleaning of air flow from dispersed dust particles.

EFFECT: lower effect from stones and ash discharge in process of volcano eruption to environment.
