METHOD TO ASSEMBLE SINGLE-SPAN FRAME Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC E04B1/38 

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: frame is assembled from a double-pitch truss, which is hingedly rested onto rigidly fixed column heads. The truss is made with a triangular grid descending from the supports and belts from square or rectangular profiles. First columns of the frame are made with T-shaped boxy heads, parallel to the upper belt of the truss and of equal width. In the upper part of the head across the axis of the near-support descending strut there are elliptical holes made. Then the truss is made with support descending and parallel struts made of two channels or angles fixed by walls or shelves of profiles to truss belts. Other grids are made of boxy profile. In descending support struts of the truss, in the zone of column heads application onto descending struts, elliptical holes are made in walls along axes of descending axes. Afterwards the truss is mounted, being placed onto heads of columns with placement of heads between descending struts of the truss. Then assembly bolts are installed into their crossing elliptical holes.

EFFECT: simplified assembly and installation of a frame.
