FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cabin includes a metal formed and welded frame consisting of load-carrying shaped structures, inside which packs of sound and vibration and heat insulating elements are installed. Each of such elements includes layers of vibration damping material on bitumen basis, one layer of porous sound absorbing material and a perforated skin panel. An air gap is made between the panel and layer of porous sound absorbing material. Frame of the cabin is connected to load-carrying structures of a ship by means of a vibration insulating system consisting of upper and lower suspensions. Each suspension consists of two vibration insulators made in the form of cylindrical or conical helical springs. Sound absorbing material of sound and vibration and heat insulating elements is made in the form of a plate from mineral wool on basalt basis and lined throughout its surface with acoustically transparent material.
EFFECT: improving noise and vibration damping efficiency.
