FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: tunnel furnace with working space is characterised by direction of movement in it of parts (12, 12') subject to heat treatment and consists of several flanges connected to each other and tunnel sections (10) located in parts movement direction. Furnace in a cross section is divided with a vertical flow directing partition wall (13) from plate metal into two halves; each tunnel section is equipped at least with one air blower (15) and at least one heating element (17), as well as has suction channel (19) for supply of fresh air and gas outlet channel (22) for discharge of exit air with waste gases and water vapour, which are contained in it. Each air blower is located in a tunnel section with possibility of its creation of circulating flow (23) with descending and ascending branches directed transversely to direction of movement of parts, in which two belt conveyors (11, 11') that are parallel to each other are provided for movement of parts.
EFFECT: reduction of installation scope of a furnace.
