FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: propose cleaner comprises casing with first and second separate parts. Note here that casing has locating surface for casing second part location surface to be fitted thereat to make casing inner chamber and rotor assy arranged there inside to run around axis of casing first part relative to casing. Note that rotor assy comprises rotary shaft running in bearings in casing first and second parts. Method of assembly of said separator comprises the steps that follow. Rotary shaft is fitted incasing second part to preset position relative to said location surface. Note that said preset position is aligned with aforesaid axis when casing second part location surface is aligned with locating surface of casing first part. Bearing assy is fitted in clamping device. Note that said clamping device comprises location surface to be aligned with that of casing first part and bearing assy intake appliance to place it to preset position relative to make its location surface align with that of clamping appliance and said axis. Clamping device location surface is aligned with that of casing first part to clamp bearing assy thereat.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
