FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in manual grinders. Proposed machine comprises working tool fitted at drive spindle and protective case enclosing, at least partially, said working tool. Protective case is fitted on machine mount neck to turn thereabout and has at least one operating position set by retainer appropriate closed position. Protective case in working position corresponding to closed state of said retainer is pliably locked in circular direction to shift elastically in turn angle relative to mount neck. Note here that protective case is locked hereat.
EFFECT: pliable locking of protective case.
