FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat supply system comprises a centralised base and peak sources of heat installed in the local consumer system, both are connected with supply and return network pipelines to supply and return network manifolds. The local consumer system is equipped with a controller connected to pressure sensors on supply and return network manifolds, drives of stop elements on the supply and return network pipelines of the local consumer system and with a drive of a circulating pump installed on the supply pipeline of the local heat supply system downstream the peak source of heat along with water motion, and connected with a link pipeline to the return pipeline of the local consumer system.
EFFECT: increased reliability and quality of operation of a local heat supply system due to its disconnection from supply and return network manifolds and using a peak source of heat as a base one with reduction of network water pressure in supply and return network manifolds below specified values.
