FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: equipment comprises a first section and the second section coupled with it of the coupling device. The first section of the coupling device is located at one end of the transmission hose of the nurse tank. The second section of the coupling device is located at one end of the supply hose of the agricultural tool of the machine for fertiliser application. Connection of sections provides formation of assembling of hydraulic coupling device which allows the flow of ammonia enter from a nurse tank into the machine hose for fertiliser application. Agricultural tool of machine for fertiliser application comprises a receiver open back to the tongue, fixed at a predetermined height above the ground for receiving the front end of the trailer tongue of the nurse tank, longitudinally extending roller guide, and a carriage. The guide is installed over the receiver for the tongue. The carriage is mounted for movement along the guide. The first section of the coupling device is set to move through the carriage, with the feeding flexible and long hose to allow the carriage to move freely along the guide to move the first section of the coupling device on the path of coupling. The tool has a reversible power unit coupled with a carriage for selective movement of the carriage along the guide. The tank trailer comprises a tongue that has the front end determined by the tongue coupling device, with a supporting bar. The first and second sections of the coupling device are configured to fix jointly to form an assembly of the hydraulic coupling device, when the first and second coupling device sections are pressed against each other. The hose has a support connected between the tongue and the hose in an area adjacent to the second section of the coupling device, and supporting the second section of the coupling device which is essentially aligned with the path of coupling, whereby, when the tongue coupling device enters the receiver, the power device can be controlled so that the first coupling device section is put into fixed engagement with the second coupling device section. The invention discloses a valve of quick-acting coupling device for installation of the path, providing an opportunity of NH3 flow in the direction from the transmitting trailer hose of the nurse tank to the supply hose of the agricultural tool of the machine for fertiliser application only when the first and second sections of the coupling device of the valve of quick-acting coupling device are connected together.
EFFECT: constructive performance of the equipment and the valve enables to reduce the effects on tractor operator of exposure to anhydrous ammonia during replacing the tank, as well as to facilitate the replacement of the tank.
