FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for growing plants in a nutrient medium without soil. The sluice aeroponic column comprises a vertical pipe with holes in the walls, irrigation nozzles, outlet and inlet pipelines of nutrient solution. In the upper part of the pipe there are apertures for fastening aerophyte sluices and air filters. Lower (narrower) part of the pipe rests on the collecting cone connected by an isthmus to a clarification tank, in which the UV lamp is located and which is connected to the tank for mineralised water. The aerophyte sluices are attached to the pipe walls in a staggered manner and represent the pipe segments with inclined cuts and clamps in a vertical plane. In the outer cut the loose environment is placed for germination and retention of plants.
EFFECT: simplifying of device design, simplifying of the device maintenance.
