FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation vibration mixers to be used in production of construction materials and construction for fabrication of polydisperse multicomponent materials. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and rotary drive. Vibrators are rigidly secured at the center of mixing chamber top and bottom parts. Cases of vibrators are composed of metallic corrugated shells that form truncated ellipses in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points. Disks with guide posts are rigidly secured inside said cases. Discs are connected with top and bottom crank gears. Spring vibration exciter is arranged at the center between said top and bottom vibrators and consists of at least two different-diameter springs secured in recess diameter at case outer surface. Said recesses are formed by a set of smaller crimps of bottom and top vibrators.
EFFECT: ruled out "dead" zones.
